You'll begin your policing journey as a recruit at the WA Police Academy, undergoing 28-weeks of extensive and varied training, delivered by our supportive and knowledgeable police trainers and experts.
When you graduate from the WA Police Academy, you'll start out as a Probationary Constable. Over the next 18 months, you'll gain experience in a number of areas and put your training into practice.
