On Thursday the 27th of June, the WA Police Force celebrated the graduation of 54 new police officers at a spectacular graduation parade. The event was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our newest recruits, who are now ready to serve on the frontline.
Among the graduates were 15 former cadets, highlighting the significance of our program as a crucial pathway into a policing career. The cadet program continues to thrive, with 120 participants last year alone, 75% of whom have progressed to become recruits.
Remarkably, one officer who began as a cadet back in 1978 concluded their service after an impressive 46 years—a true inspiration to all.
