The information supplied on Let’s Join Forces website is collected by Western Australia Police Recruiting, for the purpose of assessing your eligibility and suitability for employment with the Western Australia Police Force, including the undertaking of medical (including psychological) assessments, and for related purposes including research directed at improving the recruitment process.

Personal information about you may be used by Western Australia Police Force Recruiting and disclosed to the Australian Federal Police and other agencies or persons for the purpose of obtaining information related to the WAPF recruitment process. Western Australia Police Force Recruiting may disclose personal information about you to an overseas agency or person where necessary to obtain information related to the WAPF recruitment process including verifying information you have provided.

The information you provide on Let’s Join Forces website may be used in medical (including psychological) assessments as part of the assessment of your eligibility and suitability for employment with the Western Australia Police Force.

If you do not provide the information required by this application form, Western Australia Police Force Recruiting will not be able to process your application for entry to the Western Australia Police Force.

If you are selected, your completed application will be retained by Western Australia Police Force as part of your personal record and may be used for the purpose of making career and personnel management decisions, discipline and used in the security assessment process. If your application is not successful, the information will be retained for seven (7) years and then destroyed including criminal history records.

If you have started an application, the Western Australia Police Force will use your name and email address only to send you a reminder. All other information provided in you application will remain protected via encryption until you submit your application to Western Australia Police Force Recruiting.
